Dr. Amit is a result oriented professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and having a rich experience of about 28 years in key leadership positions in education industry. He is currently serving Sparsh Group as a Vice President - Education and look after the existing K-12 & higher education institutions. His core lies in expansion, acquisition and launch of greenfield projects. He started the education vertical at Sparsh Group in 2015 and currently group has 90 acre of land ,08 institutions, 7000+ students, 700 staff and faculty members and numbers are growing. Initial phase at Sparsh was phase of acquisition wherein group acquired institutions and turn them around before starting the greenfield projects.

Ms. Monika is an academician, an astute professional and have been serving K-12 segment since last more than 2 decades. She has been in to leadership positions in various renowned Schools in Delhi NCR region. She believes in accepting bigger challenges and have an expertise in launching successfully greenfield projects and scaling them up. Her understanding of ever-changing dynamics of education is exemplary and under her leadership schools have grown exponentially. Currently she is working with Sparsh Global School, Gr No as a Founding Principal and launched the school with astounding numbers . She is part of the core team as well which would create a platform to scale the operations in next three years .
