Age Criteria
The admissions process at Sparsh Global School has been designed to ensure that students are placed at appropriate grade levels while maintaining the integrity and consistency of the school policies.
For Nursery
Minimum age should be 3 years and above as on March 31 st
For LKG
Minimum age should be 4 years and above as on March 31st
For UKG
Minimum age should be 5 years and above as on March 31st
For Grade I
Minimum age should be 6 years and above as on March 31st
The Admission Process Involves The Following Steps
- Filling up of enquiry form.
- An interaction with the Parent Relationship Officer and Academic Head followed by a campus tour.
- Registration and application form.
- Submission of the application form with the following documents :
- Self-attested photocopy of the original municipal corporation birth certificate.
- Two recent passport-size photographs of the child
- Self-attested photocopy of residence proof/ ID Proof/Aadhaar Card
- Report card/ result of the last session attended
- Transfer certificate from the school last attended (if admission is sought for Grade II and above).
- Medical Certificate in case of any disability.
- Immunization Card
- Pre - Nursery to Grade I - An interaction of the parents with the Principal.
- Grade II onwards - Entrance test.
- Payment of fees on confirmation of admission (within 7 days).
