Mindfulness Curriculum

Sparsh Global School believes in the ideology of keeping children peaceful from within, and for that the overall nurturing of mind, body and soul is required. To help children deal with unprecedented stress and anxiety in ever-changing conditions, we have introduced Mindfulness Classes. It aids mental and physical health, enhances focus, resilience, self-care, empathy, social skills, self-regularisation and patience.

Reading Programme

From early phonics development to fluency, our reading programmes are created to enhance the communication skills of students. The programme is created by focusing on the grade of a student so that students are able to communicate efficiently in every grade. It fosters a lifelong love for reading and develops excellent reading skills through varieties of genres to read from.

Global Goals And Shared Responsibilities

Making our students aware of sustainable development goals initiated by the United Nations is a vital element in today's world. We play a pivotal role in making our students understand about these essential goals that need to be achieved by the society and how to play a crucial role in it. These goals are taught according to the grade of the student helping them to evolve consistently.

Innovation Lab - Stem Lab

Our Innovation Lab is designed to help develop 21st century skills. The process of designing and constructing projects develops team work, creativity, concentration, creative problem solving and programming skills in students. This imparts practical, activity-based, hands-on knowledge aimed to ignite passion in young students towards Computer Science, Science, Technology, Lego Education, Coding, Robotics, Engineering and Mathematics (CS-STEM) using ICT. Robotics spans Mathematics, Physics, Electronics, Mechanics and Computer Programming

Coding

Computer Programming: At Sparsh coding is an essential element of every child's education. It will empower children to create through technology and bring their imagination to life. We offer world's leading K- 12 creative coding programme of TYNKER from BY JU'S. Self-paced game-like activities and interactive programme helps children gain knowledge and grow their capabilities with technology. From simple to complexed grade appropriate tasks, the programme offers Stem Education hereby imparting essential future ready skills.

Entrepreneurial Skills

For our children to become entrepreneurs and succeed in this complex world, we need to help them develop certain skills at the school level itself. Our endeavour is to motivate children to grow with an enterprising mind-set, accept challenges, become risk-takers and do problem solving with comfort and thoughtfulness. Our International Entrepreneurial Programme exposes them to structured projects at various levels and monitors their progress. Most importantly the competencies like creativity, curiosity, problem solving, foresight, empathy and adaptability required to succeed in entrepreneurship, are equally suited in STEM education as well. Hence we have integrated STEM and Entrepreneurship modules to give an eco-system of STEM & Entrepreneurship to our students.

Art Education - Music, Dance And Art Studios

Learning does not start with numbers or alphabets. It is the immediate surroundings of the child that becomes a launch pad for learning new things and connecting to the world. The sounds, music, giggles, smiles, lullabies, faces, colours, shapes, touch, things, dance and pictures generate spontaneous response from a child. Understanding the importance of this journey of exploration, imagination, ideation and creation, has inspired us to make art education a pivotal element in our curriculum. Dance, Music, Theatre, Art Craft & Painting, Pottery and Digital Art would allow children to represent their thoughts & ideas and boost their confidence.

Meal Programme

Nutrition is the core sustenance of a child's development during their early years and helps them establish an appropriate physical and mental evolution. At Sparsh Global School the meal programme includes nutritious meals that ensure a balanced diet. It also includes guiding students about table etiquette, manners, cooperation and self-help. Eventually students will also benefit from in-house kitchen programme where they will learn non-fire cooking, thus empowering and educating them through real life role-playing activities.

International Award For Young People

In our quest to prepare global leaders and citizens of tomorrow by shaping the personality of students by moving them out from their comfort zones, we are working closely with the International Award for Young People. Participants are eligible for three levels (Bronze, Silver and Gold) of the Duke of Edinburgh's International Award in areas of Service, Skills, Physical Recreation & Adventurous Journey

SPIC MACAY

The school also has a strategic understanding with SPIC MACAY. The purpose is to enrich the quality of formal education by increasing awareness about different aspects of Indian heritage and inspiring young minds to imbibe the values embedded in it.

Interact Club

Sparsh Global School is an active member of Rotary Club and in the process of constituting Interact Club for the students of age group 12-18 years. This initiative will help develop leadership skills, connect with community leaders, and benefit from an international network and to participate in RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Award) & Youth Exchange.

Community Outreach Programme

Social service will be an integral part of Sparsh Global School and all our students will be involved in age-appropriate social service projects to sensitize students about environmental hazards, awareness regarding hygiene, health and education.
