“Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn.”
Our young scientists at Sparsh Global School took a hands-on approach to understanding how shadows work. Armed with a sunny day and some basic tools, they embarked on a mission to measure the length of shadows. Using everyday objects like rulers and sticks, our little Sparshites created a mini stage for their shadows. Placing objects at various angles, they were ready to measure and observe. Back in the classroom, our young minds discussed their findings. They shared insights about how the position of the sun influenced shadow length and connected the dots between their hands-on experience and the science behind it.
