Van Mahotsav for Primary Wing

‘ Van Mahotsav’ celebration at our school was a delightful event that centered on nature and sustainability, engaging students in various enriching activities. The serene nature walk through our campus provided students with an opportunity to connect with the beauty of our environment and to appreciate its rich biodiversity. Tree-hugging activities served as a symbolic representation of our commitment to environmental conservation, highlighting the importance of each tree in our ecosystem.

Students eagerly took part in a leaf collection activity, where they discovered and studied the diverse shapes and textures of leaves. The pinnacle of the event was the tree plantation drive, during which students actively contributed to expanding the green cover on our school grounds.

Utilizing recycled bottles, students created a vertical garden, showcasing innovative sustainability practices and advocating for eco-friendly solutions. Additionally, a nomenclature activity educated students about the scientific names and characteristics of various plants, enriching their botanical knowledge and fostering a deeper connection to nature.

Van Mahotsav instilled in our students a deep appreciation for the environment and a steadfast commitment to preserving it for future generations.
