We follow both Cambridge and National Curriculum.

Recruitment of teachers happens in an intensive manner where the candidates have to appear in a psychometric assessment before becoming part of the family. We look for teachers who are NTTs (or Montessori trained) for Pre-primary grades, and Graduates with B. Ed for Grade-1 onwards. They are then trained by the team internally. We provide generic as well as subject-specific/domain-related training to teachers. Motor skills, Phonics, Teaching Math through manipulatives, Child Development, Experiential Learning, Active Learning Strategies and Project Based Learning, and Design thinking are some of the training that we do.

Child Centric Approach- Our child-centric methodology will concentrate on various parameters of teaching to evolve and awaken the minds of children. We will support our students to think out of the box and while they truly benefit from it, it will also play a vital role in shaping society at large.
Experiential Learning- Experiential learning is a highly effective model in education and it means “learning by doing”. The goal of experience-based learning involves making students identify their developmental needs and learn something significant or meaningful to support their overall evolution.
Project-Based & Enquiry-led learning- Project-based learning will help our children in acquiring deeper knowledge. Through this method, we would be able to bring out the latent skills of children and magnify their strengths in every grade.
Interdisciplinary- An interdisciplinary approach lets students learn about two or more subjects in every activity they do, hence enhancing their overall thought process. We are committed on letting every child learn beyond boundaries.
Active Learning- The primary goal of active learning is to engage students while they learn. Through our pedagogy, we make sure that the students are not just the passive recipients of knowledge shared by the teachers but are actively involved in discussion and deliberations.
Blended Learning- Our program is backed by a blended mode of acquiring knowledge- Offline & Online. We would empower every new admission in the school with a personal IT device, Tablet, from primary classes onwards in order to prepare students to embrace technology in their early years and equip them with essential skills.

It is not a boarding school. We have a day school, followed by a Day Care center for extended hours till 5:30 pm.

Safety and security are of paramount importance to us. The entire school is covered with CCTV cameras and all gates are manned by security guards. There is a dedicated surveillance room with an authorized person to keep a close eye on all the movement in and around the campus. All systems and processes are in place to ensure the safety of the child on the school premises and while on the school bus. The students will be issued RFID cards, an automated system, to mark their attendance.
The buses are GPS enabled to track their movement. Appropriate no. of female support staff is placed to support the children and monitor the daily proceedings in open spaces, playground, launch hall, washrooms, and corridors.

Giving a lot of importance to essential skills like exploration, imagination, ideation, and creation, at Sparsh Global School we offer various Performing Arts and Visual Arts activities. Dance, Music, Theatre, Art & Craft, Painting, Pottery, and Digital Art would allow children to represent their thoughts and ideas and boost their confidence. Apart from this, there would be various clubs for children to become part of and showcase their talents.
The school has a tie-up with Trinity School of London to provide training and certification for Speech, Drama, and Music.
The school has a well-equipped infrastructure for sports like Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball, Cricket, Shooting, Skating, Swimming, lawn Tennis, Athletics, Track n Field games, Table Tennis, and Indoor Sports.

Yes, the school has well-maintained AC buses. These buses shall ply to most of the main areas and locations like Noida Extension, Noida& Expressway/Indirapuram/Vaishali/Ghaziabad/Crossing Republic, and Greater Noida.
Details regarding bus routes and pick-up points will be available with our Administrator at the school campus.

Yes, the school will provide a personal IT device, a TAB, to every child from Nursery onwards.

Following are the terms:

• There is no extra cost/charge for the TAB.
• The repair and maintenance of the device is purely the responsibility of the parents.
• In case a child is withdraw from school within two academic sessions, one is required to return the IT device. Failing to do so, the caution money will not be refunded.

• National Basketball Association- NBA Academy is a year-round elite basketball development initiative that provides top high school-age prospects from outside the U.S. with a holistic approach to player development and a predictable pathway to maximize their potential. • Lego Education- An international (Denmark) Stem and Steam-based program that teach children 21st-century skills for future success, starting with preschool and moving through elementary, middle, and high school.

Versatile Curriculum
The international curriculum is what makes a student ready for international opportunities and emphasizing this, for the very first time in Greater Noida, we are offering Cambridge International Education (CIE) curriculum to support students in grabbing excellent global opportunities. We also follow the CBSE approach in our curriculum based on the “National Education Policy 2020” guidelines provided by the Government of India.

Reading Program
From early phonics development to fluency, our reading programs are created to enhance the communication skills of students. It fosters a lifelong love for reading and develops excellent reading skills through varieties of genres to read from. We develop engaging and guided reading sessions and help students throughout the process. The students will be provided personal IDs which will help them go through various books and facilities to strengthen their knowledge.

Blended Learning
Considering the rapid advancements in digital learning, we provide a blended learning approach to students. This way they have the opportunity to study in class as well as through an online mode using tablets provided by us. We empower our school children with technology and tools for blended learning. As support, every new admission in the school will be provided a Tablet from primary classes onwards in order to prepare students to embrace technology in their early years and equip them with essential skills.

Entrepreneurial Skills
For our children to become entrepreneurs and succeed in this complex world, we need to help them develop certain skills at the school level itself. Innovation Lab
Our Innovation Lab is designed to help develop 21st-century skills. The process of designing and constructing projects develops teamwork, creativity, concentration, creative problem solving, and programming skills in students. This imparts practical, activity?based, hands?on knowledge aimed to ignite passion in young students towards computer science, science, technology, Lego education, coding, robotics, engineering, and mathematics (CS?STEM) using ICT. Robotics spans mathematics, physics, electronics, mechanics and computer programming. Our key focus is on the "Learning by Doing" methodology, through which students will be able to concentrate on investigating, planning, testing, and implementing their ideas and evolve accurately.

Meal Program
Nutrition is the core sustenance of a child’s development during their early years and helps them establish an appropriate physical and mental evolution. At Sparsh Global School the Meal Program includes nutritious meals that ensure a balanced diet. It also includes guiding students about table etiquette, manners, cooperation, and self-help. There will be no extra charge for the meal plan and it will be included in the academic fee. Eventually, students will also benefit from an in-house kitchen program where they will learn non-fire cooking, thus empowering and educating them through real life role-playing activities.
