Each child comes to school with individual interests, strengths and challenges. Hence, one size-fits-all teaching cannot achieve the desired results. At SGS, the teacher would anticipate the differences in students readiness, differences in their interests, differences in their learning profiles, and as a result of that create different learning options or different paths to learning so that students have the opportunity to learn as much as they can. This learners profile would be maintained year on year and would help students make right choices in future endeavours too.
